The Crusaders came ready to play when they faced Rummel for the second game of the three game series.  Brad Treuting took the mound and never looked back.  He pitched six innings, giving up 3 hits, striking out three, and walking only 2.  The Crusaders had some nice defensive plays this game by BJ Rodrigue at third and nice outfield snags by Richard Duncan, Chip Gaillot, and Josh RadovichChris McIntyre made some nice picks and tags at first, and Matt Adams held the runners close.  Andrew Velez and John Wilson combined to close the middle.

In the first, the Crusader bats were on fire.  Richard Duncan came up first in the Crusader lineup and reached on a walk. BJ Rodrigue doubled, and then Matt Adams doubled scoring the first two runs. Matt Thorne and Chris McIntyre followed with singles and then Brad Treuting followed with a double.  Josh Radovich then hit a sacrifice fly to score Chris.  The Crusaders ended this inning with 5 runs on 5 hits.  In the bottom of the inning, Brad Treuting gave up one hit, but Rummel was unable to score.  In the second, third and fourth innings, both teams remained scoreless.  In the fifth, Matt Adams singled, but was left on base.

In the sixth, the Crusaders' bats started once again to come alive.  The guys were able to score 5 runs on 4 hits.  Hits were by Richard Duncan, BJ Rodrigue, Matt Thorne, and Brad Treuting.  In the bottom of the inning, the Raiders remained scoreless.  Crusaders win by 10 runs in the sixth!!!!!!!!!!
